8.5×5.5″ acrylic, silk on paper
This began with a scrape of acrylic (left over on the scraping tool from another painting). I added some strands of silk from a scrap of fabric, although you may have to look closely at the full image view to see them (there are five green strands coming up from the bottom, and one orange one farther up in a spiral shape). I have a feeling I could do more with this and like it more…but it’s a daily jane for now.
